PureDue Support

Last Updated: July 7, 2026

Thank you for using PureDue (display name may appear as localized equivalents such as the Chinese App Store name for your region). This page is for App Store users and review teams.

1. Contact Support

Typical response time: 1–15 business days. You may also email dominolamp@qq.com.

When contacting support, please include:

2. App Overview

PureDue is a local expiry reminder app for contracts, memberships, warranties, IDs, and similar due dates.

3. Quick Start Checklist

If reminders are not firing as expected:

  1. Confirm the item’s reminder toggle is on and due date / advance days are correct.
  2. For local notifications: iOS Settings → Notifications → PureDue — allow notifications; check Focus / Do Not Disturb.
  3. For system alarms: requires iOS 26+ and alarm permission when prompted.
  4. After changing due dates, reminder channel, or advance days, reopen the app to refresh scheduling.
  5. After major iOS updates, open the app once to resync reminder schedules.

4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Why didn’t I receive a reminder?

A: Common causes include denied notification/alarm permission, Focus mode, disabled reminder toggle, or due date outside the advance window. Follow the Quick Start Checklist above.

Q: How many items can I keep for free?

A: Free users may keep up to 5 active items (archived items do not count). Adding a 6th active item prompts the one-time purchase; after purchase you can add more active items.

Q: How do I restore my purchase?

A: Tap “Restore Purchases” on the paywall or in Settings → Purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.

Q: How do I request a refund?

A: Refunds are handled by Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

Q: Do I need an account?

A: No. Core features (entry, browsing, local reminders) work on device without in-app registration.

Q: Does data sync across devices?

A: Current versions do not offer iCloud sync. Entries and preferences stay on the current device. Uninstalling usually deletes local data unless restored from a system backup.

Q: How do I reset all data?

A: Use “Reset All Data” in Settings to clear local entries and preferences. Purchase entitlement typically remains per App Store records. You may also uninstall the app.

Q: What is the difference between system alarms and local notifications?

A: System alarms (AlarmKit) use the system alarm UI on supported iOS versions; local notifications appear in Notification Center. Each item can choose one channel; switching cancels the old channel and schedules the new one.

Q: Can the app file business annual reports for me?

A: No. The app only reminds you of due dates. It does not provide filing, expedited, or guaranteed services. Please use official government channels for filing (often free).

Q: Can I use the app offline?

A: Core features work offline. Purchases and restore require the App Store and network access.
