本隐私政策说明「RSU 追踪」（部分地区本地化 App 名称）/ PureVest（海外品牌名）（以下简称「本应用」「我们」）在您使用本应用时如何处理相关信息。请在使用前仔细阅读。
本应用是一款本地优先的个人 RSU / 股权补偿追踪与税后到手估算工具，用于记录授予（grant）、归属节奏与您自行维护的股价，并可在归属日前通过系统闹钟（AlarmKit，iOS 26+）或本地通知提醒您。我们不运营用户账号体系，不会将您录入的授予、税率与备注等内容上传至自有服务器。核心数据默认保存在您的设备上。
本应用不提供税务、法律或投资建议，不是券商，不提供交易、行情数据源或雇主账号同步；税后数字仅为您自行配置税率后的个人规划估算。本说明不构成法律意见；您的权利义务以适用法律及届时公示的政策为准。
根据您使用的功能，本应用可能在您的设备上（及您可选开启的 iCloud 私有库中）处理以下信息：
在常规使用中，我们不要求您注册账号，并不意图收集以下信息用于核心功能：
您的授予、税率档案与相关记录默认保存在设备本地的应用存储（SwiftData）中。我们不会将上述内容上传至自有服务器。
若您在设置中主动开启「iCloud 私有备份」，本应用可使用 Apple CloudKit 私有库（容器标识与开发者账号配置一致，当前为 iCloud.COM.YiMingStudio.PureVest）在您的 Apple ID 名下备份/同步数据。该备份不是社交共有，我们无法以自有后台身份读取您的私人库内容。更改该开关后通常需要重新启动应用方可生效。
您可通过应用内删除条目、「重置所有数据」或卸载本应用删除本地数据。卸载后，本地数据通常无法通过本应用恢复（除非您此前通过系统备份或已开启的 iCloud 私有库恢复了数据）。
在您授权后，本应用可能使用：
提醒文案由您录入的信息在本机生成，并通过 Apple 系统服务调度。我们不会通过自有服务器向您发送远程推送。若您拒绝相关权限，对应功能可能无法生效，但您仍可查看与编辑本机数据。
本应用提供一次性买断（非自动续订订阅）以解锁 Pro 能力（例如多税率行/档案、授予税率覆盖、预扣差额、税率与股价情景、税后汇总、大尺寸小组件、CSV/PDF 导出等；授予数量本身不设免费上限）。购买与「恢复购买」由 Apple App Store（StoreKit）处理，并可支持 Apple 家庭共享（以 App Store 产品配置为准）。我们不直接处理您的银行卡信息；支付相关信息由 Apple 依其隐私政策处理。我们可能从 Apple 获得必要的权益/购买状态以开启相应功能。
本应用的核心功能（录入授予、浏览归属、本地提醒与估算）可在无网络时使用。可能在以下情况涉及网络：
除上述 Apple 平台及您主动打开的网页外，我们不会将您的授予与财务估算内容上传至自有服务器。

This Privacy Policy explains how PureVest (display name may appear as localized equivalents such as “RSU Tracker” in some regions) ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the App.
PureVest is a local-first personal RSU / equity compensation tracker with simple after-tax take-home estimates. You record grants, vesting schedules, and manually maintained share prices. Vesting reminders may use system alarms (AlarmKit on iOS 26+) and/or local notifications. We do not operate user accounts and do not upload your grants, tax settings, or notes to our own servers. Core data stays on your device by default.
The App does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice; it is not a broker; and it does not offer trading, live market quotes, or employer account sync. Tax figures are personal planning estimates based on rates you configure.
Depending on features you use, the App may process on your device (and, if you enable it, in your iCloud private database):
For ordinary use we do not require account registration and do not intend to collect for core features:
Grants, tax profiles, and related records are stored locally by default (SwiftData). We do not upload this content to our own servers.
If you turn on “iCloud private backup” in Settings, the App may use Apple CloudKit private database (container configured with your Apple Developer account; currently iCloud.COM.YiMingStudio.PureVest) under your Apple ID. This is not social sharing; we cannot read your private database through our own backend. Changing the toggle usually requires restarting the App.
You may delete items in-app, use “Reset All Data,” or uninstall the App. After uninstall, local data is typically not recoverable through the App unless restored via device backup or an enabled iCloud private backup.
With your permission, the App may:
Reminder text is generated on-device and scheduled through Apple system services. We do not send remote push notifications from our servers.
The App offers a one-time purchase (not an auto-renewing subscription) to unlock Pro features such as deeper tax tools, withholding gap, rate/price scenarios, after-tax totals, the large widget, and CSV/PDF export. Grant count itself is not capped for free users. Purchases and Restore Purchases are handled by Apple and may support Family Sharing per App Store product configuration. We receive only entitlement/status information needed to enable paid features.
Core features work offline. Network may be used for App Store purchases/restores, Apple iCloud/CloudKit when private backup is enabled, and when you open privacy/support web pages. We do not upload your grants or financial estimates to our own servers for ordinary operation.
The App relies on Apple platform services including App Store/StoreKit, UserNotifications, AlarmKit where available, EventKit/Calendar when you add events, CloudKit private database when backup is enabled, and App Group/WidgetKit for on-device widgets. Apple's terms and privacy policies apply.
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe such data was provided inappropriately.
We use reasonable measures within the app design (e.g., avoiding logging grant names, share counts, or notes). No method of storage is 100% secure. When iCloud private backup is enabled, transmission and cloud storage follow Apple platform protections.
You may manage notification, alarm, calendar, and iCloud permissions in iOS Settings; edit or delete grants and tax settings in the App; disable reminders or iCloud private backup; use Danger Zone “Reset All Data” (purchase entitlement is typically retained); and manage purchases through your Apple ID.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when updated. Continued use after updates means you have read the changes.
